We send all packages by a signed for service to insure the best quality delivery for all of our customers. Shipping costs are calculated by our shopping cart when you place your order.

Please note we do not deliver at weekends.

We do not charge for handling.

Once your order has been confirmed we aim to deliver your order within 3 business days. International orders are generally received in under 14 days.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Any cancellations required, please email within 24hrs of order placement.

Returns

If you find the need to return your goods back to us, please contact us first by E-mail at info@MeisterR.com

Once in contact, we will issue you a return number along with instruction on how best to take care of the issue.

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

After your initial 7day cooling off period if you wish to return goods within 28days you can do so but there will be a 20% re-stocking fee. The goods must be in perfect or in "as new" condition.
